All rates are monthly but for your convenience, invoiced quarterly (3 months) in advance:

What can I store at Neales?
Neales Storage is specifically for Motorhomes, Caravans, Boats and Cars. We are not allowed to store any other items.
Do I need Insurance?
You are required to have your own insurance for any item you store with us.
Is it true registration and insurance is cheaper if I register it as normally at Neales Storage?
Registration and Insurance is a complex business, but if you live in the Sydney Metropolitan Area you should check to see if you will save with your item being stored in the 2159 postcode. You might be surprised at how much you save.
What repair work can I do to my item?
You are only able to carry out minor repair work. We are a Storage Facility without the necessary power supplies or waste facilities to allow major mechanical work or refurbishment. We have a number of local and mobile service agents who are happy to look at any registration. mechanical or cosmetic repair.
Can I clean my item?
We provide complimentary water facilities with several available hoses and ladders are available.
Can I pick up my item anytime?
For your security, we require a staff member to be onsite whenever we are open. You may pickup or visit your item any time during our opening hours (8am -6pm) but remember gates are locked at 6pm so make sure you allow time to pick up or put your item away. On a case by case basis we may be able to allow an after hours pickup or drop off, but we require at least 48 hours notice and the assistance of a staff member. In such cases there will be a $50 per hour (or part thereof) charge for each hour outside regular hours we open for you.
How do I book a site?
Call or email for availability and current price. Generally 24 hours notice and an approximate arrival time is helpful.
I really want my Caravan undercover, but you don't have an available spot. What can you do?
Covered Sites are very popular, but we usually have an Open Site available. If you require a Covered Site and one is not immediately available, we may be able tol put you temporarily in an Open Site until a Covered Site becomes available.
Can I charge my battery?
Most of our Covered Sites have power for trickle charging and some also have Solar paneling to allow PV panels to receive sunlight. Powered Sites provide power ONLY for trickle charging of batteries. We check all circuit breakers at least twice a day, but unfortunately we have found that despite best efforts, the occasional 'Act of God' combined with fridges and other systems occasionally being left on may cause power on particular circuits to trip. Despite our best efforts, Neales Storage is not responsible for any damage a loss of power may cause.
Can I take my Caravan for months and keep my spot?
Unfortunately (due to demand) only if you continue to pay. If you check out, we can no longer guarantee your spot when you return.
When is my invoice due?
Invoices are to be paid 7 days prior to your 'Rent Due' date. The rate is monthly, but for your convenience is billed quarterly (3 monthly).
How do I make a payment?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, either online through our website, over the phone or we can automatically bill a card of your choice. We do take Cheques at the Office, or Online Payments through your bank to our BSB and Account Number listed on the Invoice. If you are making an Online Payment through your bank, ensure you include your Tenant Reference. Neales Storage does not levy extra charges for any credit card.
How do I terminate my contract/lease?
Due to the very long term nature of most customers, Neales Storage requires 14 days written notice to terminate your contract. We use this time to assist customers on wait lists. In addition to this, on the day you do Move Out, we require that you come to the office to Finalise your account. Until you complete both these, we WILL assume you wish to stay and will hold your space for you - meaning you will continue to be billed. We have found that around half our customers who provide us written notice of an intention to leave, have often stayed years after their notified Move Out Date. Our 'bias' is towards helping current customers.
What is our refund policy?
Provided you have given us 14 days notice, you will be refunded for any amount you have paid for after you remove your item for the last time and Finalise your account at the Office.
